I visited because, seven years ago, after my nose surgery, the cartilage at the tip of my nose became visible and I wanted a consultation for removal. The doctor seemed a bit conservative and gave the impression of recommending against surgery unless it was truly necessary. But because of that, it felt like he could objectively judge how serious my nose condition was.
