I went for a consultation because this place is said to be one of the top three for nose removal. First, during the consultation with the doctor, they did not separately say whether my nose was a case where full removal would be possible. I was counseled to remove the silicone, file down the nasal bone, and rearrange the cartilage. Later, when I talked with the consultation manager, they also gave me a consultation and quote for a revision limited to the nose tip only to prevent it from looking blunt. The doctor seemed very academic.
