They said we should do the nose surgery in two stages. They laid down dermis, then said to get PRP and hyperbaric oxygen therapy and do the second surgery after that. But after they laid down the dermis, scar tissue filled the inside of my nose so much that I could not breathe through it I did not have the courage to trust the director with another surgery in this situation, so I gave up on the revision... And the director said he was good at double jaw surgery and even recommended it. If you do double jaw surgery, the nose stands out more
