The review photos show the nose shape I want, so I'm interested. They also recommended paranasal implant surgery, but I won't be doing that! They specialize in bulbous noses, and they recommend silicone, osteotomy, and all sorts of things. I'm a bit scared of osteotomy, so I'm going to think more carefully about whether it's actually effective.
