A friend told me to go because they had also been here for a consultation before surgery, so I went. First of all, the waiting time was the longest of any hospital I had been to. After getting a CT and waiting about 30 minutes, just when I was thinking maybe they had forgotten me, I finally got to consult with the doctor. The consultation was short, and I liked that they drew the design on a tablet. But it did not feel particularly kind, and they recommended nostril reduction, so from that point on I kind of cooled off. I spent almost 40 minutes talking with the consultation manager
