It was much more expensive than other places, but I couldn't find a reason why I should pay this amount and have surgery. The director looked tired, and the manager seemed to have a sore throat or something, so they didn't explain things very well. I wasn't sure whether communication was just not working or whether they had been on the job for only a short time, but it felt like the director's consultation and the rest were not connecting well. They recommended a forehead lift and eye surgery along with the facelift, but it seemed like they didn't really do much forehead or eye work.
