When I went for the consultation, the doctor was kind and enthusiastic, but the consultation manager was really so rude and curt. The people at the front desk were not very friendly either. I have been to more than 20 consultations, and this is the first time I have ever been treated with such disrespect. Even if the surgery outcome is good, I wonder whether they would really take proper care of me later. If there are complications or questions, it does not seem like they would respond properly
