For my double eyelid surgery, I first had an incisional-less suture method, and at the time I got a promotional discount, so it was relatively cheap. The doctor who performed the surgery wasn't especially friendly, but he carefully checked the necessary parts, so I trusted him on the technical side. I was also very satisfied afterward.
