The director's way of speaking is a bit harsh... maybe just very blunt..? Still, thanks to that, it's clear what to do and what not to do. (The way of speaking will be a matter of personal taste.) They explain things while shaping the line, and they kind of handle the line pretty forcefully lol T_T Still, the consultation was extremely professional, so that's fine! When I asked which line might be good, it felt a bit similar to the consultation content from other places, so the consultation is trustworthy! And the manager at the front is extremely kind.
