If you went expecting a magic-like transformation, you might be disappointed. Because from the start they clearly draw the line and say that if something is not possible due to your natural bone structure or muscle shape, it simply cannot be done, and that unnecessary areas do not need to be treated either. Instead, they tell you the expected result in cc only for the areas that are actually needed, which made me trust them more. They also check the fat with ultrasound, and I think the effect of the surgery would differ depending on how thick it is.
