I went there because it seemed like a plus that it was a one-doctor clinic. They showed me before-and-after photos, but it was an extremely natural look.. It was not the feel I wanted, so I passed for now. I did not want silicone, so when I asked for autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and so on, the price came out much higher than I expected. There was no pressure, and if anything it felt like they were recommending that I not do it because there was not much difference. Maybe that was just my imagination, but haha. If you want a natural change, go in for a consultation. You can also look at before-and-after photos.
