It is very much a factory-style place. You choose the item you want online, then when you visit, payment starts right away. Consultation? Basically, if you don't want one, you don't have to have one. If you don't get a recommendation from the counselor or you are not sure what you need to do, I would not recommend going. It is very likely to proceed in a confused, chaotic way. I had a clear need for a specific treatment, so it was actually convenient to visit, pay, and then go straight into the procedure. There are many foreigners, and payment is
