The reception staff were kind. I went in the morning right at opening time, so the wait was short. The doctor was very kind and explained everything well, so I was thankful. I had surgery 10 years ago with an incision method for double eyelids, but the asymmetry was severe and as I got older it turned into an in-out line, so I came for a consultation to see whether only the back part could be re-operated on. They did not recommend overcorrection, and I really liked that. Also, since I had to leave the country 10 days later, they even adjusted the reservation for me
