I went last year when it was a bit quieter, so there were actually fewer people waiting than I expected. The interior was very white, and the staff seemed friendly, though at the same time maybe not. I thought the doctor would be blunt, but they explained things in a gentle, easy-to-understand way, which I liked. I originally went because someone I knew recommended it. Because my personal schedule didn’t line up, I still haven’t had the surgery. I’m planning to compare the final candidates.
