I visited to get a consultation about my dorsal hump and functional nose. Overall, the hospital atmosphere was comfortable, and the consultation staff responded kindly. The guidance process was relatively smooth, and the overall service was fine. Before the consultation, there was something I had talked about with the manager, and it felt like the doctor was explaining based on that information. Rather than carefully looking at my condition directly and giving a detailed consultation, it felt like he was mostly speaking based on the information that had been passed along. The doctor was kind, but personally it was hard to keep asking questions comfortably, and I felt like they wanted to wrap up the consultation quickly, which was disappointing.
