I went for a consultation about double-eyelid revision. I had an incisional surgery 17 years ago, and right now the right line is higher and the skin is drooping over it, which makes it look heavy, so I said that was my concern. The director explained that they would lower the right line, excise about 2 to 3 mm of skin, and remove only as much fat above the eye as needed. Because my skin is on the thick side, they said if they make it too strong it could look like a sausage, so a low in-out line would suit me well. They said eye-opening correction could actually make the eyes look more swollen or give a stronger impression, so it was unnecessary, and they recommended surgery that would clean things up naturally overall rather than making big changes. The consultation was calm and realistic, and I liked that they did not recommend excessive surgery. I was told it would be done under local anesthesia, the after-service period is 2 years, and scar laser treatment is included.
