Maybe because I went for the first appointment slot, there was no wait, which was nice! Everything from registration to CT, photos, and consultation moved quickly, and the staff were kind. It went coordinator > director > coordinator. The director seemed confident about revision rhinoplasty and gave the impression of having handled many cases. They also recommended a line suited to my face shape; it was easy to ask questions during the consultation, and they explained my concerns well
