My eyes normally looked short horizontally, so I worried that they looked cramped in photos. Since I already had double eyelids, I thought lateral lower canthoplasty would be better than other procedures, so I got a consultation. I showed the director my desired eye shape and was told the possible range and degree of change. I did not want them opened too much, so I asked for a natural result. The director was not the type to recommend all sorts of things
