They are always kind, which is nice. While considering Botox, I carefully looked through many reviews and consultation details in this community before choosing a clinic. Being able to compare reviews from people with actual experience made me feel far more reassured than deciding based on advertisements alone, and it was very helpful to check my questions in advance.
