I liked that they clearly said when something could not be done. There was no feeling of them pushing me too hard, so I actually trusted them more. They also tried to explain my questions as thoroughly as possible and answered each question kindly. I also liked that they did not just talk about one method but presented several opinions and directions together, which let me compare them and think it through. Overall, the consultation atmosphere was stiff, but it was a decent consultation because I could ask everything I wanted without feeling pressured.
