First of all, the office manager was so kind. She explained everything very thoroughly, so it left a strong impression on me. She didn't pressure me to book at all. She was just incredibly kind. The consultation with the director ended very quickly. He said my eyes were already very suitable for the procedure, so there wasn't much to explain. So it wasn't the kind of consultation that goes into every detail, but it felt decent overall. They recommended only the surgery that was truly necessary, without pushing unnecessary treatment.
