The manager is extremely kind! They also show before-and-after photos and discuss together what approach would be best. But maybe because the hospital is so busy, the surgeon seems a bit rushed. Before surgery they were kind, but every time I went for a follow-up after surgery and said something felt uncomfortable or there seemed to be a side effect, it felt like they were trying to brush it off...
