1. The director is extremely kind and explains everything in detail, like a teacher. Even if I do not end up getting surgery, I feel like I would learn a lot just by going to a consultation lol. They would have to give the same explanation every time, but they still explain things very thoroughly.. Sometimes it feels like they could just say the key point once lol. They use analogies to make it easy to understand. The director does not give an authoritarian impression. 2. What is different from other hospitals: I visited 13 places in total, and what was different here was, 1) they use a drainage tube 2) when I worried about the size, they said they would prepare every size within that range in the operating room and measure with a sizer (saline bag?) to see which fit best before putting it in - but I am a bit unsure whether this is just something to feel reassured about and not something to judge by (other hospitals also make the final size decision in the operating room, but it is usually limited to purposes like asymmetry correction, so they do not prepare a wide range of sizes) 3) based on Motiva, the event price is relatively cheaper than other places 4) the director had my phone record their explanation and also took photos of my chest with my phone lol Recording it is convenient because I can listen to it later...
