I visited after falling for the photos on the blog. They seem to have a good sense of aesthetics. They do a nice job on round nose tips and the columella. Since it is a thoracic surgery department, I think they prefer autologous costal cartilage the most. They can also use septal cartilage, ear cartilage, donor rib cartilage... other materials too, but it feels like their specialty is autologous costal cartilage. They can use donor rib cartilage, but it gets very expensive. It is almost an extra 2 million won. I only went for the consultation. My nose is a first-time case and it is not a nose that absolutely needs autologous costal cartilage. But when I asked them to recommend just one material, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, I think. It was not forced. It was entirely my choice, and they said they could use other materials too. I have placed a deposit for now and am deciding on the material. They said first-time surgery has a fixed price. For first surgery, septal cartilage + ear cartilage is 4.4 million won (+0.9 = 5.3 million) / with 10% discount for disclosure of the area 4.0 million (+0.9 = 4.9 million), or autologous costal cartilage 5.5 million (+0.9 = 6.4 million) / with 10% discount for disclosure of the area (pre-discount) 5.0 million (+0.9 = 5.9 million). But here they only use InnoFit silicone, so you need to add 900,000 won. So the prices in parentheses are the actual quote. I think it is a bit expensive
