Went in for a consultation while looking into Ultracear. First of all, it's on the expensive side, and they don't use just one laser; they combine several. So even after the scab falls off after the procedure, the redness tends to last for a few months. The ideal interval seems to be once every three months. The director was kind during the consultation, and instead of explaining a specific laser, they set the price as a package. Also, they took way too many photos before and after the consultation, to the point it was uncomfortable! The staff weren't super friendly, but they weren't rude either. I thought it was fine overall.
