I had my first double eyelid surgery here. I consulted with the coordinator first, then with the doctor. The front desk staff and nurses were kind, but the person who did the consultation was rude and not helpful at all, so I gave 1 point T_T They said only incision surgery would be done, and that incision + eye correction was the standard, and that it would be good to do epicanthoplasty too (a friend of mine also went for a consultation and everyone was recommended epicanthoplasty). They preferred a natural line, like in-to-in-out. I had surgery with only local anesthesia, and whether it was because of my skin or the surgeon's skill, the scar was barely visible. Personally, I think the strength of the result is that only about two-thirds of the line was created surgically, so it looks natural. I did not have any problems with it coming undone or anything; I just preferred a thicker look, so I had revision surgery.
