I had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery 17 years ago. Even back then, the hospital was famous for lower eyelid fat repositioning, so all the patients who came here seemed to be getting that surgery. It was probably under local anesthesia, but it hurt a lot. They did one eye first and then the other, but the anesthesia started wearing off a bit. I asked them to give me more anesthetic because it hurt, but they didn't. They said if they gave anesthesia injections now, the swelling would be worse. So the right side
