It was nice that there was no pushy upselling, but I did not feel that the consultation helped with my double-eyelid surgery concerns because I had to ask my questions first before they would tell me anything. Still, since it is a one-doctor clinic and a specialty eye clinic, I did trust it for that reason, and because I kept seeing them care for people who had already had surgery and were still coming back for follow-up and consultations, it seemed like they would take good care of patients. The director also did not give off a promotional vibe, and simply showed before-and-after photos, while seeming to listen to what I said rather than taking over the conversation. It did not feel like they were analyzing my eyes for me, so I did not end up wanting to have surgery there
