I went for a consultation because I wanted a natural-looking nose, and they recommended filler and chin Botox since the front cheek area looked a bit sunken. They looked at everything overall while telling me the features that would make me look younger. I had chin Botox at a factory-style clinic before, but it seems the Botox worked well, so I'm planning to go two more times or so. They showed me before-and-after photos, and it was so natural that no one would know unless they were me, so I don't think I'll get nose surgery.. My biggest concern is the blunt tip of my nose, and they said they would use ear cartilage. I wasn't interested in raising it much, but they said they would lift the tip a little (seems to be the style the doctor prefers). The facility isn't as flashy as a newly opened clinic, but if you prefer a one-doctor clinic that has been in one place for a long time, it would feel trustworthy. If there is a downside, it's that the front desk staff is only one person and also helps with procedures, so sometimes the phone isn't answered T_T
