The consultation with the director is too defensive. At first I felt like he was being honest in the consultation, but in the end he only wanted to do the safest surgery and would just say that asymmetry in my face makes it unavoidable. Even if there is asymmetry, I think people pay a lot of money to have it improved by surgery, so looking back after some time, I feel disappointed that what I thought was an honest consultation was really just avoiding responsibility for the surgical result and dismissing everything as asymmetry. The doctor is kind and doesn't sugarcoat things. I recommend them if you only want a slight improvement.
