I had surgery 9 years ago, and for about 3 years after that I felt like I was living my peak years. It was truly the absolute peak of my life. I got hit on every 3 steps, and the director's aesthetic sense is extremely outstanding. Back then, for first-time nose surgery, using donated rib or autologous rib was still rare, but they recommended donated rib right away. Maybe that is why I was able to live with my first nose for 9 years. Still, as time passes, so much has been absorbed that I think I need to go back to the director soon and change my nose.
