First of all, the hospital atmosphere was clean, and there were more people than I expected. There was a bit of a wait, but it was not boring enough to feel tedious, and the staff kept taking care of people so it was not uncomfortable. When I went into the consultation room, the manager first asked what my overall facial concerns were, then took photos and explained everything one by one. It did not feel overly pushy, and they focused only on the parts I was worried about, which I liked. Instead of giving the feeling that “you definitely have to do this,” they offered several options, which actually made me think more about it. I also had a consultation with the doctor, and the tone was calm and realistic, so it felt trustworthy. They were not the type to push you by showing exaggerated before-and-after photos, and they explained what was and was not possible. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but they explained the reasons and the process too, so it did not just feel expensive, more like “ah, so that is why.” They did try to get me to book for the same day, but not to the point of pressure, just telling me to think it over and contact them later. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable, the consultation was detailed, there was no excessive pushing, but it felt like the choice was mine to make. I was satisfied with the consultation itself, and I am planning to compare a few more places before deciding.
