In 2023 I had surgery using silicone for the bridge of my nose and septal cartilage for the tip. The consultation was kind, but the explanation about the surgery was not very detailed (it's old, so I may not remember exactly). The doctor in charge and the desk staff were kind, but the nurse who assisted with the surgery made me uncomfortable. At present I have a complication, but even if I go in, they do not treat it in the treatment room; they only look at it in the director's office without even touching it, and say I just need to wait and see and that it's fine if it's not an infection, which feels very careless. It could be my skin, though.. And then the complication got worse, so I don't trust whether it would be okay to have it removed here.
