I went for a consultation for contracture nose surgery. The surgeon's explanation was very detailed, and I was a bit surprised because they answered sincerely. When I had consulted at a few other places, there was that particular kind of impatience, like they wanted to finish quickly, but there was none of that here, which I really liked. I also liked how they explained the tip of the nose step by step in an easy-to-understand way while looking at the CT, and how the consultation involved adjusting opinions by suggesting a direction that was positive and aligned with what I wanted. I got a strong impression that they are meticulous and really care about the patient.
