He accurately pointed out the current condition inside my nose and the direction for improvement. When I said I wanted the bridge higher, he advised against it and said we should focus on the tip. If the bridge is raised, the tip would have to be raised even more, and then the tip would end up way too high; realistically, that kind of height is impossible. Leave the bridge as it is and make the area from the middle of the nose to the tip stronger and higher.
