The hospital itself was clean, and the consultation manager only recommended what was actually worth recommending. If they thought I might find something burdensome, they would hold back, and for the areas I was interested in, they explained things in great detail. They also explained the aftercare method well after the procedure. The chief doctor explained again in a way that matched my face, and if there was a procedure I needed or one that should be done differently, they said so.
