First of all, since it was a one-doctor clinic, I really liked that they took a long one-on-one consultation. They touched my eyes and checked the condition while pointing out right away that I had had severe dark circles since I was young and that the hollows were deep, and seeing that made me trust them immediately. Hearing that they strongly discouraged fat grafting because of the risk that the graft would not take was another reason I chose this clinic, since it matched exactly what I was looking for.
