My first eye surgery went wrong, so I had inner canthoplasty reversal twice over a 1-year period. The reason for the second one was that after the first time, the improvement in my appearance was not as much as I wanted, and after the second time, it was somewhat blocked to the degree I wanted, but there was still too much opening, so I still could not be 100% satisfied. At the moment, I think I want to gather the opening and do a tiny secondary canthoplasty to make it sharper, but because of the time and cost burden, I only have the thought that I want to do even a slight tiny secondary canthoplasty
