They explained the parts I was curious about kindly and in detail. They also explained the surgical method for improving the issues I was unhappy with in a detailed and easy-to-understand way. After consulting with the director, I had to wait a little for a consultation with the manager, but everything else went smoothly without any inconvenience. The facility looked like it wasn't old and was clean. I feel hopeful that the surgical result will be good since the director, the surgical method, and the points considered important during surgery all seem to match what I want.
