A straightforward review.. it's been a year, but I had only wanted tip rhinoplasty, and then they said that even if it's fixed with a non-open method, it counts as revision surgery T_T That made me feel like I had done it for nothing. (I will have the tip surgery done at another hospital.) The internal-incision alar reduction turned out naturally and well, so I'm satisfied :)
