Around 2021 I only had alar reduction. They did it under very light local anesthesia.. and the anesthesia injection hurt like hell T_T I originally only planned to do alar reduction, so the consultation manager didn't recommend anything else. The doctor's consultation was kind, and the surgery itself was fine. The result was clear, and if I could turn back time, I'd do it again.
