I went for a consultation after watching the director's YouTube channel, but it was so hard to get an appointment.,, Still, I really wanted to go, so I did, and the director was calm just like in the videos, and the consultation felt very professional. He seemed a little blunt?, but at least he was not commercial and only pointed out the actual problems honestly, which I liked. The staff were generally kind as well. I am still in the consultation stage so I have not decided yet, but after visiting a few more places, if I do have surgery, I would like to get it done by Director Lee Ju-hyeok.
