I had double chin lipo about two years ago. I visited about five places, and although the consultation contents were similar, this place was the kindest, so I chose it without hesitation. Even though double chin lipo is said to be one of the simpler kinds of liposuction, it's still a surgical procedure, so I think it's more appropriate to have it done by a surgical clinic rather than a dermatology clinic. From start to finish, the director kindly and in detail explained the surgery process and the expected results, and when I first went in they also checked the thickness of the fat layer with an ultrasound machine and told me roughly what kind of result to expect. At the beginning after surgery there is a slightly swollen feeling, but as time passes, the part where the fat was removed settles upward and the outline gradually becomes clearer. Oh, and the aftercare was also thorough and good! People with lots of double chin fat should think about it at least once!
