Eye Surgery review at Deowei (더웨이) · 2022-11-24

I had been looking into double eyelid surgery for a long time, and I visited many places for consultations... But I did not really find a hospital I liked, and I did not want to do it just anywhere. If possible, I wanted to go to a well-known plastic surgery clinic, so I consulted at about 6 famous places. Some places gave me a very rough consultation, and some were kind and detailed, but recommended incisional surgery even though I did not want it. So among the places I consulted, I had the surgery at The Way because they recommended the buried method I wanted and were professional. They also explained things very well in a way that built trust, so I could make the decision boldly, and since my eyes are naturally fairly large even without double eyelids, I was not strongly recommended any other procedures besides double eyelid surgery, heh. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I was nervous, but the surgery itself was very short, about 30 minutes, lol. It seemed like it took about 1 hour including waking up from anesthesia and recovery time. I did not really bruise on the day itself, just swelled up a lot compared to usual? and it looked very natural. Even on days 2 and 3, when swelling is supposed to be the worst, it was not that bad. Maybe it was just my constitution, but I only did compresses for about 5 minutes a day for a week, and it seems I just met a great surgeon, so the swelling and bruising were not severe.. My double eyelids came out naturally without asymmetry, so I am satisfied lololol
