I had my first surgery with septal cartilage at the tip of the nose + silicone for the bridge. After an issue arose with the implant position, I had revision surgery as an aftercare procedure. Having surgery twice was a bit emotionally draining, but in the end I’m reasonably satisfied, though not 100%.. I don’t have much tissue on my nose, so I think it shows a little, but the shape was handled very carefully. The doctor also prefers a natural-looking line.
