The director is so warm. Even when I went for aftercare after my first double eyelid surgery, they let me draw the line I wanted without any sign of annoyance and listened carefully to what I needed. Even when I went back much later for a consultation about another area, they remembered me and were still warm. It is a little disappointing that the line height on both eyes is different, so my eyes are uneven, but every time I see them on YouTube I keep cheering them on.
