Do not go here under any circumstances. My mom went there for a consultation and paid without knowing what was what, and even though she clearly said she wanted to cancel the reservation the very next day, she still has not gotten a refund. The consultation director, G.S.J., acted like a doctor, gave an estimate, took payment of nearly 10 million won for the surgery that same day, and then basically disappeared lololol. I tried to cancel because I had seen a lot of posts about complications, but I could not get in touch with the hospital, so the next day I went there in person with my credit card. When I asked them to cancel it, they started spouting nonsense like the surgery form had already been torn open and that there was a finance team process, so they could not cancel the card right away. Right after booking the surgery, they sent a 190,000-won post-op care swelling tea set to the house, then said they would refund me if I sent back the return shipping receipt. They told me to send it back the same day, and when I said they would also cover the return shipping fee, they changed their story again and said they did not know the return fee and would check and get back to me. Then they disappeared lol. The main hospital phone line never answers, so I have to go there again. Haha, I'm dying from how busy I am.. There seem to be quite a lot of other victims of this same script..? This is honestly the first time I have ever seen such a trash hospital. The fact that a place like this is still operating these days is unbelievable.
