I had eye revision surgery and front epicanthoplasty 20 years ago, and a scar formed like an epicanthal fold, making it look as if eye mucus were stuck there. At the time of surgery, I heard the nurse say to the doctor, "That side has already been done once," in a conversation that sounded like they were pointing out a mistake, and I felt uneasy, but as expected it was a failure. Because I lived in the countryside, I could not even get proper aftercare and just let the years pass. The stress from all that was enormous. I still resent that doctor. I searched and it looks like they also perform surgery at JJ Plastic Surgery. Now that I can finally afford it, I am looking into front epicanthoplasty revision again. I really hope it goes well. If they understood how desperate the patient is, could they really do surgery so carelessly?
