Well, you go to a hospital because of the director... I had a reservation and arrived about 30 minutes early, so I had the consultation right on time. When I told the director what I wanted, he explained everything one by one in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. I do not really know about the staff, but everything about the director's consultation and explanations was to my liking. After the consultation, I scheduled the surgery.
