The person at the front desk is extremely rude, but the manager is extremely kind. What struck me most was when she said that managers at cosmetic surgery clinics are people too, and in clinics that receive complaints they have a hard time and cannot stay long. She said she had worked with this director for a very long time (she told me how many years, but I do not remember), and my trust level skyrocketed. The director is really neither kind nor rude, and does not say much, but there is confidence bursting through in the short sentences. The price was really very high.
